   There wasn’t the usual aches and pains, but just a lighter feeling of flexibility and extra strength in the gills. I weighed myself too, and was so surprised to be over half a stone lighter. Everything I did felt easier and more enjoyable… I thought it must be being taken to my full limit with the boxing, as it’s truly exhausting! So pottering round a gym seems very nice indeed… Like a stroll round town… Harry

    Another light photo. Lovely. Gingerbread is very nice, too. I don’t know about his feet but mine are hurting at the moment, Mel . Nick, you look fairly slim in facebook photos.
