    Not a soul will ever believe me as this is astonishing but I was passing there the other day and said “wouldn’t it be brilliant if Nick Heyward played there one day?” as a throwaway comment… I’m in a daze now and don’t quite believe it!!! Oh dear I’m part-paraphrasing Mr Meldrew again!!! I shall check back in the morning to make sure I haven’t dreamt it all up :- D

      ahah, I see a theme emerging… 2 re-releases both with a London based track… so on the new cd… a song about Greenwich perhaps, or Camden? Maybe a song about Londons waterways…? ;o)

    Thanks for giving us all such a beautiful time, it was a perfect summer’s evening! I’ve been listening to your songs for years but watching your performance yesterday was a totally different experience! People just have to see you on stage once and I guarantee they’ll never miss any future performances! It was hilarious when you came on stage and walked straight out again! I’m now repenting not accepting your kind offer to the audience of a gluten-free cherry bakewell! Loved the jokes! Anyway everything was beautiful, your performance, your audience, the venue- everything was just right, you chose the perfect evening. Can’t wait for the next one- make sure you come back to North London again soon!

    thanks for a brilliant night on sunday. im so pleased you sang “pure and simple” just one of my most favourite songs. i almost asked you for a cherry bakewell but never tried gluten free!!!
